This place is located on Airport Mesa, but it’s definitely a BIG step above a regular airport restaurant. The menu has changed and evolved beyond what is on this website, but for the better! The menu includes steak, seafood, burgers and a vegan and gluten free items. Good bar scene, too, and great views of the airplanes landing and taking off.

MESA GRILL used to be very good. Now that anew owner/operator is there it is going down hill VERY fast. We have eaten there 4 times in past 3 months, today was our last.Service is non existent. Pisole. Soup was like warm and chicken in soup was ice cold in center of each bite. Waited to order for 25 mins and only 3 other tables had guests and they all had their meals already.We watch 3 ladies come in restaurant and stand at hostess counter to be seated, after a good 5-6 mins they left abound drive off.No one there cares. Very sad.
It was a wonderful experience. Food was excellent. Service was attentive. We have been there for breakfast and dinner. Both were great, and the Mimosa flights were fun. If you go for sunset, don’t watch the sun (this isn’t Hawaii). Watch the changes to the hills, as the the colors change and shdows reveal the magical doorways.
Don’t go for lunch at lunch time!. We got there at 11:30 and didn’t get served for an hour and we were not the only ones…. No good excuse I think the chef went on a lunch break. If you have all day go for it. You may also have to send things back because the staff does not always listen. The spinach salad is not an entre just a side.

Amazing!. We were so fortunate to have stumbled on the Mesa Grill! This restaurant was the best. It was our favorite in Sedona….amazing food, service and views! A must visit when in Sedona. Plus you can walk fom the overlook to the restaurant during sunset. Enjoy!
