Wait staff was slow, the host was a bit too enthusiastic for the situation. Food was okay. Our waitress asked us how everything was, before she brought our food. The water at that point was delicious.
My hiking group was spending Canadian Thanksgiving in Sedona. I arranged with the manager ( Mike) to have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner made for us. He was more than happy to provide this for us for a great price. We had a vegetarian in our group and he sent me a couple of options for her to have in lieu of turkey. Well, I hiked all day and ended up having heat stroke. I spent the evening sipping gatorade in bed. My hiking people said the decor was nice and simple. A room was set up for us like a meeting room but the group wanted it a little cozier so they moved tables in. The waitress may have been upset by the movement of the chairs was not a happy camper for the rest of the meal. Apparently she was flat affect throughout This only detracted slightly from the meal. It was reported by at least 4 fiends as the best stuffing they had ever had. The turkey melted in mouths and the potatoes lovely served with perfect crisp fresh beans ( I hate over cooked vegetables). The meal was a hit. The only disappointment besides the waitress ( she had automatic tip added to bill so she didnt have to try really hard) there was no pumpkin pie to finish the meal.We had to buy a pie to eat back at our place. I had some of it the next day.
