    If I could rate Ah-So – 0 – stars I would. We (4 adults & 1 child) went to Ah-So for a special dinner. We ordered 2 adult steak/shrimp and 1 child’s steak Teppanyaki dinners. These were fine. We also ordered around $100 of sushi (raw) and had to send some of it back because it was so bad. 3 of the adults shared the sushi.Right after finishing dinner we left to return to our son’s home. On the way home we had to stop the car at the side of the road so that I could get out and vomit. The other 2 adults who ate the sushi were also feeling bad and were sick when they got home. I vomited again after we got home.The next day I called and talked to a manager (Liza? I think) and she said that she just didn’t understand how this could be because she knew their fish was fresh. After explaining to her the many ways that the raw fish could have been mishandled and telling her that we wanted a refund for the sushi cost, she finally said that she’d have to talk to another manager and get back to me. She said she would do this ASAP.Well, it was 2 days before I heard anything back from them. She told me that they’d decided that they were sure everything was good on their end and that they wouldn’t make any kind of refund unless we had either gone to the emergency room or a to doctor and could prove that we were sick! Truly amazing. If we’d been trying to scam them we’d have told them that we all got sick and that all the food was bad. I guess we should have tried to save the vomit and take it to them.My son & daughter-in-law, who also ate the sushi, were amazed and said that they will never go to Ah-So again because of the way that Ah-So chose to dismiss this problem, because they offered to take NO CORRECTIVE ACTION on their end, and because they refused to refund the cost of the sushi portion of the meal. They also plan to let all of their friends know about this horrible experience. As well, I plan to report Ah-So Yuma to the Yuma health authorities as soon as we get home from our vacation.An utterly horrible dining experience.
