For sushi in the desert this place isn’t bad. Their prices are good & the atmosphere is calm & relaxed. Obviously it’s not fresh sushi & being in Yuma I don’t expect it to be but the overall taste it very good! The rolls are big & fulfilling. I’ve had sushi in Japan & the difference is merely the taste between frozen fish & fresh fish (try it for yourself) & also all the extra sauces Americans use. I’ve never disected my meal & inventoried the parts of my sushi roll but as I’ve said before, the taste has never failed to please. Also my personal favorite is their beef Udon! As far as their alcoholic beverages goes, if you know how to order saki/wine you’ll know what to eat with your meal. Personally I favor the plum wine.As I’ve said, for sushi in the desert this place isn’t bad! It’s my favorite sushi joint in Yuma for sure.
