On our way to Seattle, WA, we stopped in at Ninja Sushi. The ambiance of the restaurant was that of a sports bar; we had no issue there. There actually was no issue with restaurant at all. My wife had the Gyoza which she absolutely loved. Our kids had the Teriyaki Bowls which they enjoyed and I had the Flaming Dragon and the Rhonda Roll. Previous reviews of the Flaming Dragon were negative. The idea is great and if you like a smokey flavor, it is awesome. Since I do like smokey flavors, I thought ut was perfect for me. The Rhonda Roll has Jalapeos on it and with the spiciness of the peppers it is somewhat overpowering. Yet, again, I also like spicy, so I enjoyed it. I won’t get a chance to try it again so I can’t really judge the restaurant to the standard that I do, but I would definately try it again…
I was in Yuma for the day with my wife & her mother & my wife wanted sushi so we stopped in to try it out. It was happy hour at the time we arrived so it was buy on roll off of the happy hr menu get one free. So we ordered 6 rolls & I got a bowl of Ramen. We got the spicy tuna roll, avocado roll, flamin dragon, green dragon (I think that’s its name), tempura roll & cannot remember the last one. The Ramen was very good, had a beautifully flavored broth lots of ramen noodles & veg very good dish. The rolls with the exception of the flammin dragon tasted pretty good not the best I have ever had but well worth the cost. The flammin dragon roll is rolled in tin foil & lit on fire on the table which was cool but unfortunitly did not taste very good you could taste the full used to light it on fire not very good.
Best sushi in town. Wish they’d get the karaoke machine working. Prices aren’t bad & always a good experience. Service has gotten better with the new faces I’ve seen
