  YUM!. When I lived in Yuma, this was my favorite place to go. In fact, my little cousin’s friend got a job there once and teased me about how often I was there. Every time I go back, I make sure to stop by. Get the spicy teriyaki beef with extra cilantro. Gotta go, mouth watering

  There are so many good things about PapaSan I’m not going to be able to cover it all. This place really takes the cake when it comes to rice bowls. Not exactly sure how they get their chicken to be so flavorful and their sauce so wonderfully thick and hearty but they definitely do a great job. I have read a number of bad reviews for this place-let me tell you those reviewers have no taste buds. I have lived in Yuma for over 15 years and have made PapaSan a staple in my life! The perfectly cooked rice hems that are topped off with juicy chicken and smothered in delicious teriyaki sauce is seriously an entree every American should have before they leave this world. I enjoy getting a Papa-Size Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl-in addition to the great tast of this entree fellow lovers are able to purchase a delicious Ginger Salad for only 10 cents! Can’t beat that! Look, I’m not Japanese, but I have had Japanese food and can tell you that food at this restaurant is to die for! If you are craving something different from home cooking or the poorly made replicas of rice bowls you might attempt then this is the place! The staff is pleasant to help you with anything you need-try ate however not very conversational but hey, you came to eat not talk! The food is great, the place is clean, the staff is helpful, and atmosphere is decent. I rate this place a 8 of 10-it is a sure stop for anyone living in Yuma or those looking for a Japanese fast food stop!

  My favorite Papa San meal is the steak & chicken teriyaki with a salad and a egg roll. In keep coming back again and again just for this combo meal because is just delicious. If you’re vegetarian and are looking for a healthier alternative you can replace the steak and chicken with veggies which also tastes pretty good. As far as drinks go, order the tropical tea which is the best tasting tea in Yuma, in my opinion. Their egg rolls are also highly recommended. Make Papa San one of your favorite restaraunts if you love rice like me and you won’t regret it. Trust me on this.

  I love their spicy terriaki chicken and beef rice bowls! The little dessert bars are baked there and are delicious too. Quick service at reasonable prices.
