Properly run chain. One of the bright spots in Yuma’s dreadful dining scene. Went on Valentines day and expected a wait and there was an hour wait. I got the bone in rib steak medium rare and it was what one would expect from a chain consistent with others we have visited. Everything was very good from the corn to the mashed potatoes. Service was slow but that was expected since the place was non stop traffic. For a place to perform under the pressure of all those diners my hat goes off to this location. Have only been disappointed once at this chain and that was due to ordering a small steak so if you go order big.
What a great restaurant. The steaks are amazing and the atmosphere is great. The service is fast and wonderful. Everyone is so nice and friendly! I would eat here all the time of they had one in NJ
I go there often and have never been disappointed. The food, service and drinks are great.
Against the flow. We are so in the minority here, maybe just an off night? The steaks we were served were thin, dry and over cooked. We ordered the steak they called their best seller, so not low on the menu.As we left and saw the meat on display in the cooler we both commented we were not served one of those steaks! I know TR has been a favorite place of so many people and we were so disappointed; over sell, too high expectations? We will try again at a different location before we scratch this chain off our list.
Fun atmosphere, great ribeye steak. We enjoyed eating peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor!
The food was good but the wait for it was excessive.
Awesome BB-Q. I love this place it is some of the best ribs I have ever had, I could eat there everynight
