Beware, this place will not honor your restaurant.com gift certificate. We went there today and the waitress lectured me for not telling her before ordering that we had a gift certificate. She said we were required to tell her, although nowhere in the redemption instructions did the gift certificate say this. Had we known they would not honor the gift certificate that they issued we would have never gone there and I would have gotten a refund from restaurants.com. However, what are you supposed to do when you already ate the food from a restaurant and then they decide not to honor your gift certificate, even though the gift certificate says no expiration? If this restaurant does not have the integrity to honor gift certificates that people have purchased, then I would certainly not give them my business.

Yum! Yum!. The only thing better than Taste of Thai II is Taste of Thai in Fayetteville! A wide assortment of different curry blends, the best Tom Kha soup anywhere in the country, lots of different sauces, wonderful sticky rice mango dessert, and fast, friendly servers. Should be something here that everyone can enjoy!

My favorite Thai place hands down.

Good food, good people. Hubby and I enjoy this restaurant very much. We are so lucky to have a Thai restaurant in Bentonville. As a vegetarian, it’s very hard to find food for my taste, and Taste of Thai offers a wide variety of food that I can eat. We go there often, and will continue to do so.

Met a friend here recently on his suggestion for Thai for lunch. I think my palette for asian persuasion ends at Chinese and Japanese as this is my 2nd shot at Thai and I was not impressed. The salad was a bit limp and marginal on taste. The dish I ordered-and I can’t tell you now what it was other than it had chicken and some peanuts-was pretty bland and just a plate full of it with some rice. Perhaps I continue to order the wrong thing. I’m not a curry fan. Or perhaps I just don’t care for Thai.

Casual. Taste of Thai is our go to restaurant when no one feels like cooking, but we don’t want to blow the budget. I’ve had better Thai food, but this restaurant is solid. The atmosphere is very casual. If it were fancier the price would go up. My son and I like the Masaman Curry here and they always accommodate my request to substitute cashews for the peanuts. Occasionally the potatoes aren’t quite done enough, but that is better than mushy. I order a level four spice and it is spicy, but I don’t have to worry about setting my mouth on fire. If you like it spicier than that you will have to go to a five. As well, they are very good about keeping bowls of hot rice coming and monitoring our beverages. My husband enjoys the Jungle King and my daughter is even venturing beyond the satay.

Food is consistently good. Atmosphere is really casual (read: kinda shabby). Their 5 could be spicier, but overall we like this place.
