Not what I was expecting. My first impression from the name was that BW would probably have scantily clad waitresses pushing oversized shots and bar food. Thankfully that impression was off. In actuality BW was more like a sports bar version of Applebees. We were immediately greeted as we entered but it seemed like the hostess was having a bit of trouble deciding where to seat us thou it was at most half full. She never asked our preference for table or both, at or near bar etc. Our server was nice thou like the hostess she seemed to lack training. We also saw food runners having issues finding the correct table, more training / management issues. I was impressed with the available selections for wing flavors so we tried two; the Caribbean Jerk and the Thai Chili. Im not a fan of thick syrupy sauces so I wasnt very impressed. I understand the sweetness of the Thai but Jerk shouldnt have a sweet finish. The wings were cooked properly and a good size, maybe we could have picked a better sauce combo. Our entres also failed to impress thou not bad. The B&B Wedge Salad was mediocre. The steak tips were cut first then cooked assuring that theyd be over cooked. The blue cheese was of a poor quality making this large salad not worth its otherwise reasonable cost. The Ribeye had good flavor but was served too cool to melt the butter on top. Worse yet the loaded mashed potatoes were served even cooler in temperature, not cold but certainly not hot. The steamed broccoli was simply boring. Im baffled as to how they have expanded to 8 locations with nothing original or outstanding to offer. All their locations have been in or around Springfield till now. Their website says they are opening in Vegas this year. I highly suggest they seek professional advice before they embarrass themselves or worse sabotage their chain.

Have ate at several other locations and was excited when announced a location was opening here. Thats as far as our excitement has gone. Weve received cold food, wrong food on three different occasions and slow service on every visit. If the food was exceptional I could overlook some things but alas the food has been subpar at best. So close to our new house too but we will not be returning.

Mashed potatoes were cold, french frys weren’t hot. Buffalo dip was good I will say that. Mozilla sticks we’re cold. It wasn’t busy i didn’t understand why everything was so cold and unedible. Also the host up front acted like he just couldn’t stand it that we walked in. Our waitress was really nice but good service and a buffalo dip can’t make a restaurant. Sorry.
Food was delicious and service was great. We ordered the nachos and they were huge. The shrimp tacos were very good as well. The menu has so many options. Give this place a try!
