Coffee Bar At Eleven is worth a visit just for the atmosphere! Situated in a beautiful section of the Crystal Bridges Museum, the coffee shop shares dinning space with the main Eleven restaurant. Admission to this area of the museum is free, so I often find myself here at least once while I’m in the area. The coffee is locally sourced and, somewhat surprisingly, good. They offer bottled water, juices and baked goods from Briar Rose Bakery. I’m a bit torn when in the area, I find Kennedy Coffee to be terrific. While I occasionally enjoy an iced, frozen or flavored coffee treat, I love great single origin, finely roasted java without any add-on’s to hinder the true flavor and complexity of the brew itself. Kennedy certainly has them on this but Eleven has such amazing scenery, not to mention some great art to take in, it’s hard to choose…
Great Place to Relax. The Coffee Bar sits at the other end of Eleven. It sort of looks like a traditional coffee bar you might see at Starbucks. It has all the same choices include a few pastries. Instead of sitting at the tables for Eleven, grab a leather couch and relax. Enjoy your coffee.
