(3.5) Our first visit was very uneven with good battling bad at every turn. We came in for dinner so we didnt have the buffet option. The atmosphere is a bit odd, long tables without the table cloths seen in one of the pictures. Our entres arrived at the table one by one with a side never making it to the table. I can overlook that, however the big issue was the spice level. My wife and son enjoy Indian food but dont do spice hardly at all. I on the other hand love to sweat when I eat. Our server asked for each of our spice levels from 0 – 5. My wife and son went with 1s I opted for a 4. My sons tandoori chicken came out first and it about lit him on fire. I tried it and it hit me pretty hard. My Lamb Fry was tame in comparison thou very tasty. We basically switched dishes, it worked but if I wanted tandoori chicken I would have ordered it. My wifes dish was good and mild as ordered. The servings were a bit reserved for the price except for the tandoori. The rice dish that we never received ended up on the bill. I didnt catch it till after we left. With a call the owner / management took care of the refund but it was disappointing not to be rectified at the restaurant. When I did see the emailed receipt I saw that both my son and wifes dishes were marked as 0s for spice. Someone in the kitchen needs to pay attention and they actually ordered 1s not 0s anyway. Mine was marked a 4 thou Id say it was actually more a 1 or 2. With two other very good Indian restaurants very close by every little thing counts. The price and mistakes made the otherwise good food into a less than enjoyable experience we may or may not try again.
I personally think it is not worth the price you pay…just a personal opinion as i found other places better choices and better price as well…and more fancy than that lol .. again, its a personal experience doesn’t mean your experience will be awful as mine.
Their food is sub standard as compared to other Indian restaurants in the area….The owners are very rude, and if you raise your concern about their food or service, they insult you by asking you to leave and not come to the restaurant. They stalk people on Facebook, to see who is posting negative feedback about their restaurant and then harass and insult them if by chance people visit their restaurant …. HORRIBLE and PATHETIC
