Not worthy. As someone who moved to NWA from NJ this place is not that good. Wonton soup is $1.75 really small, had 2 small dry wontons in it. General Tzo completely different. Small chunks of chicken very chewy but large portion though. Not sure about rest but ‘basic’ 2 items were not good. They don’t have dumplings. Also, no delivery available.
Great oriental food!. I have gone to the Orient Express 2 several times. The food is great and authentic and I like the casual service. I have read below someone complaining about the servers and the owners wife. I find that the only people who have problems with the service is those who are extremely demanding and are very hateful when they can’t have their way. For my family, the staff including the owners wife have been friendly and very welcoming. Don’t let bitter demanding customers sway you away from this restaurant. Try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed. There’s a reason why there is a wait for a table sometimes, people keep coming back for great food and service.
Fast! Yummy! Affordable!. I have been coming to Orient Express for several years now and I’m never disappointed. I was reading some of the comments below to see what others thought…I can agree that the waiters can be rude at times, but I can’t say I agree with all things said. Orient Express is a smaller restaurant. I’ve been there several times when there was a line out the door and I was elbow to elbow with the people sitting next to me. Since space is tight as it is with the current layout, I can see why they wouldn’t want people moving chairs and tables around. It would feel even more cramped.As for the food, again I have never be disappointed. It taste the same every time I go so I am never let down…I go here because I know what to expect and I know I’m buying yummy food at a great price. I’d suggest individuals reading my review and others to just give this place a try regardless of any negative comments. You can’t please everyone and you shouldn’t judge one restaurant based off of someone telling you a competitor is better. Almost sounds like a person from Pho Thanh wrote it to promote negativity rather than letting the food speak for itself. I’d say go give Orient Express a try for sure!!!!! Great food at a great price!
Bad service!!!. This place is not authentic there’s nothing real about their food. I went in here once and will never go back again. Pho thanh on Walton is way better. And YES you will have to wait for a table if u have more than 4 to your party. They won’t let you pull one extra chair. They rather lose business than u doing that. I’ve gone to plenty of other vietnamese restaurant and they would allow us to add an extra chair. The waiters are rude. They do not know how to handle their customers. I’m surprise they are still in business!!! I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. You aren’t missing much. Go to pho thanh! Better food and better service!!!

Good if you know the rules.. Rule 1: More than 4 at lunch, good luck getting a table without splitting. Otherwise you get to stand awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant waiting.Rule 2: No adding chairs or tables. They told me it was fire code once.Aside from that it is good food. Service is as good as it needs to be for only place to get Pho in a 20 mile radius.
