You never know. Sometimes the pizza is excellent. Delivered hot just perfect. But 4 out of 5 times. It will take forever to be delivered if at all. I have had them not even show up. Pizza will be cold and greasy. Order missing things. So if you order from Bentonville Pizza Hut it’ll either be the one of the best experiences or more often the worse.
Ordered online at 6:02, order was to be complete in 20 minutes. It is now 6:41 and I’m sitting inside the store waiting for it to be done. This is the second time this has happened at the same location.
WORST PIZZA DELIVERY SERVICE. I’ve always loved pizza hut but I ordered a pizza out for delivery at around 9:33pm and its 11:48pm and still haven’t gotten it!!!!!!!!! i called over 4 tines to see what was going on!!!!! worst service ever!!!!!!
Cold pizza 30 min late dont bother go to marcos
Slower than molasses. Quite possibly the slowest pizza delivery in existence (I am talking horse and buggy slow). We have ordered there several times and it is usually takes over 2 hours. Also, food is unpredictable. Sometimes it is really good and sometimes it is really bad. I would recommend something else.
Won’t be back. We ordered cheese sticks and chicken pizza with jalepenos. Deep dish was not available so we ordered hand-tossed. We received bread sticks and pizza without jalepenos. The waitress had to keep going back to the cooks to get the order correct, and they could care less. We did finally get the cheese sticks prior to leaving, but they did nothing about the pizza.
Horrible, Never order from again!. Called from work to order pizza for coworkers for 2 days in advance and paid. 2 days later called 30 mins after they were suppose to arrive, and they had no record of our order( called in- they couldn’t even say it was a computer problem) manager answered and said problem solved we reordered for 3 days in the future. Time passed and that day called 30 mins early to ask if they were preparring it guess what no order yet again! How? Asked the girl that answered for manager. This time he told her he couldn’t talk, so I said I would hold as I understand sometimes you could get busy. She went and told him and he informed her to tell me HE WOULD NOT BE TALKING TO ME… How could you even be a manager with that level of service. I then asked for the district manager and they would not give me their name or number. I then tried 3 different stores in the area looking for their number, they all told me call back to that store and ask them, even the pizza hut call center had no way to find district manager names. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE PIZZA HUT IN BENTONVILLE AGAIN AND UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT GETTING PIZZA WHEN YOU ORDER IT I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE! I know all pizza huts aren’t like this or they would be out of business quick!
