This food truck pumps out crazy good Neopolitan style pizzas with unique and flavorful toppings. Located just off the square in Bentonville, Priato seems to already have a solid local following. If you live anywhere in NWA, you need to make the journey. I live in Fayetteville, and it is well worth the 25 minute drive. Priato will not disappoint!Imo, their prosciutto is perfection. The salty cured pork, combined with the tangy/savory marinara and fresh mozzarella… I’m drooling as I type… Need… Priato… Prosciutto… Pizza… Now..
