Favorite Sushi Spot. Shogun Express is our go-to place for sushi and and eel rolls. Great tempura roll, and the dinners are very generous and tasty. We are always treated well by the staff and bring family and friends when they are in town.

From Dallas our Favorite Sushi in NWA. We have had some really good Sushi coming from Dallas, and Shogun is our favorite in the NWA area. Not only is the food great and well priced, but they are always friendly and cheerful. All the way around it is a win for us.

Just Ok. Went for lunch. Portions are small. Service was not good. Not what I was expecting. There are better options.

Terrible service, great food. Love the food, especially the fried rice and the Tuna Tuna roll. However, my experience today with the service was horrible. Probably won’t go back and for sure not during the lunch hour. Called in an order and showed up 10 minutes later–that’s how long he said it would take. Waited forever to be waited on, then they tell me it’s not ready. (Hadn’t even been started.) Watched countless orders go to tables while I waited. Two men sat at the sushi bar but their orders were never taken while I was there. One of them got up and left. (Can’t blame him.) Both employees who worked the register acted as if they shouldn’t be bothered. One of them rolled her eyes several times. The gentleman actually making the sushi was the only one who seemed to care, to know what was going on, and tried to make things as quickly as he could. ((kudos to him!) But then the food he made would sit for several minutes as the wait staff seemed to think that delivering it was someone else’s job. Yes, the place was busy. Yes, they have great food. However, it appears they need to either hire new employees who care or retrain the ones they have. Very disappointed!

This is the place by flying burrito, not the hibachi place. The owner is awesome, always remembers my band, and is the reason for my repeat business. Good food, portions are smaller than Kobe across the street, but service is far better

Pricey but nice. The food here was good. I liked the atmosphere though the screaming at Hibachi restaurants really gets annoying. But I was there for the sushi. Rolls were nice and Sashimi tasted fresh. The waiters were courteous as well.Have never been to the Hibachi side as I do not enjoy Hibachi or the noise.
