Just getting by on yesterdays reputation, thats how I see Wendys these days. Clearly there is a lack of leadership direction. No longer are they the upscale choice over McDs & BK, theyve been lapped by newer competitors. Still their offerings are ok and if you get a deal, its worth it. The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich was one of those deals. The chicken breast patty saved this one from disaster since the other ingredients, especially the cheese, were super cheap. For $1 it was acceptable. Will it convince me to return? Nope. Some training on customer curtesy wouldnt hurt either.
Fast and good. The Wendy’s in Bentonville had a rough spell, but it appears to have been remedied. My last trip through the drive-through was great. The new Wendy’s in Siloam Springs is pretty cool, so maybe we’ll get a new one here someday.
Food is always fresh and good, service is fast and accurate. In my opinion this is the highest quality place to get fast food in town.
Worst service ever. Went there the first time and after the line not moving for over 10 minutes, we left. I decided to give them a second chance and went back, only to wait again. After finally placing my order, I waited another 10 minutes. As I was driving away, I noticed that the two cars in front of me were still waiting for their orders and were pulled to the side of the building.
Drive Through is Good. Not as good as Zaxby’s or Chick-Fil-A but only a few snafus. Wendy’s is still my favorite fast food burger place. I love the variety at this place. We need one close to Rainbow Curve!
Consistently great. One of the few places that I never have to check my bags before I leave. Never have to worry about getting anything less than the best at this particular Wendy’s! Great job Joseph and Crew!
