I really like the Cobb salad from zaxby’s and decided to try the fried pickles and mushrooms today. Oh my goodness that won’t happen again. Ew! Floppy mushrooms and the pickles…I took them home and refried them. Still didn’t appreciate how the pickles were battered but both were much better crispy. I think the zaxby’s in Fayetteville are better. They take time with the food even when they’re busy. That’s important.

Better like Zax Sauce. It is really the only thing that makes it any different than the other chicken places. The spicy fried mushrooms are not spicy, but they are good.
