    BEWARE OF NO REFUND POLICY. I purchase food from this location and my order was incorrect. I informed the person at the counter and she was rude and told me I didnt order what I said. At that point I requested a refund because I do not have to accept this type of treatment from any business. The person then refuses me a refund. I did not leave the restaurant with the food at any time. This No Refund Policy is not posted anywhere in the restaurant or on any receipts. Someone please do something about these companies that are doing these types of things. They dont want to post the policy because they know customers will be less likely to purchase their goods. Just for the record I have come to this location many times and purchased the same thing I purchased today and it is normally correct, this is what made me check my sack because my order is normally more than what I was charged thats when I noticed the error. After she was rude all she had to do is return my money and I would have been on my way to a place where they can get my order correct. This company is in the business of selling a product and the product they provided to me was incorrect I never left the restaurant and politely asked for a refund and they refused. For Management -The actions of the employees at your restaurant have caused a customer to never return again not just to this location but to any location. This is not good for Business. If they would have returned my money I may not have eaten there for that day but your employees actions have caused me to not return at all. I did not take the food and did not get my money back. I paid for nothing and thats why Im contacting the Attorney Generals Office/BBB because others need to know about the policy before they end up being force to take something they dont want or they will be paying for nothing as I did. Please make these companies Post these types of things this is becoming more and more common. Others stores have an upfront refund policy that lays out the rules and when refunds apply. This info needs to be posted if they are going to be able to mess up your order and then say you cant get your money back. People work too Hard for their money to give it away in this type of situation. I believe in being Fair in everything I do but obviously this company does not.
