Just ok, I feel it’s a bit over hyped. The cheese dip was good as well my quesadilla. Service was just awful and that is what really was disappointing.
I stopped here for breakfast yesterday on my way to Oklahoma. It’s a couple of miles off the interstate, a little past downtown Conway, but worth the effort. It’s modest sized little caf with what appeared to be a solid, local following. The servers are pros. I had the croissant breakfast sandwich with ham and some hash browns with grilled onions–both were great! My coffee cup never got below half full. It was warm, cozy and friendly and I’d definitely go back.

Tiny, dark restaurant with awful service. Rude servers, slow service. Will not return.
Cheated me on the tab. Double billed…food cold…long wait…customer is never right….
Dirty and flavorless. Attempted to eat here for breakfast three times. Got something different every time and it was all bland. None of it was hot, and definitely not worth the loud cramped atmosphere. It’s also really dirty in there, like piles of dirt swept along the perimeter of the room, and dirty hand prints and food splatters on the walls. I have never tried their lunch and would like to give their taco salad a try before completely writing the place off. I have also tried to sweet shop behind it, it was bland and overpriced and the girls behind the counter seemed overly interested in helping my husband.
Great pancakes and a very delicious breakfast overall. I feel like it may get a better rep than it deserves, but Stoby’s is a local favorite that has withstood the test of chain restaurant market penetration. That says something for this local gem.
