  Confusing Menu and Ordering. The food is pretty decent, but the menu on the menu boards is very confusing. For example, a platter does not come with a drink but a combo meal does. I ordered two empandas this evening (because the empananda platter’s black beans and rice are definitely not worth the extra $2.31) and the lady asked if I wanted the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. I said sure. Only after I looked at my ticket did I realize that I was charged $.39 for each tiny little container of the jalapeno ranch, for a total of $.78 extra. RIP-OFF alert! The confusing menu and getting charged extra for sauce without being informed that it costs extra will keep me from returning for a long, long time.I’ve eaten at the Taco Bueno in Fort Smith and it’s run the same way, so it must be a corporate thing, intentionally confusing and misleading.

  I’ve eaten at many taco buenos in Okla. and Texas for years. It’s always been my favorite Mexican fast food, but the one in Conway is terrible. The food is never fresh and very greasy. If you want to experience taco bueno eat at another one outside of Conway.

  I love Taco Bueno. Their food is like what you would get at a regular non-fast food restaurant.

  Way, way, WAY better than that other national taco chain. The food here looks & taste fresh but doesn’t cost much. If you want fast, cheap Mexican, don’t run for the border, run to Taco Bueno.
