Best BBQ. The most Delicious BBQ we have ever eaten.
Terrible Brisket !!!!. I was visiting from Baja, Mexico and researched the best BBQ around and The Whole Hog keep coming up and several folks around town comfirmed this. Sadly my lunch was a HUGE mistake! I ordered the brisket jumbo sandwich which came on sofr mushy bun that begin tearing with the first bite and the meat well that ain’t brisket my friends more like roast beef. No taste, no smoke flavor, no bark. Just very thinly sliced roast beef- what a shame. This was the supposed to be a treat for our family as i told everyone how good this was going to be. Brisket is usually sliced as cross cut strips form the whole roast with bark on the ends. There was no aromas in the rest. either. The place was nice inside buy sadly lacking. The ribs looked good on other folks plates. Don’t order the brisket sandwich!

Awesome local BBQ!. Best bbq in Conway, hands down! You can tell the meat is fresh, not like some other places I’ve tried, and it has a subtle smoky flavor–delicious! Anytime my boyfriend wants to eat out for dinner we go there, and always have good food.
What the hell?. Had dinner there and ordered the Whole Hog Platter, which had brisket (very dry), ribs (very ordinary), pork (boring to say the least.) I am from Texas and heard alot about this place, and sorry to say was not impressed. The assortment of sauces was nice, but again, I have had much better.Service was with a smile so I will certainly applaud that.
