At Nyx we offer Eclectic American Fusion Cuisine with our unique Nyx Hot Rox, the seasoned volcanic stone is heated up to 750 degrees and the platter is delivered to your table with your choice of steaks or fish searing and sizzling , every bite hot and cooked to your preferred taste, we also offer Gourmet Burgers and Appetizers. We have a full bar and classic cocktails, craft beers and domestic or imported wine and the cult. Our building is on the historic register and the original building dates back to 1890's. The street level is built into the side of the mountain with beautiful exposed limestone rock and the cave which has a natural spring that flows year round. On our upper level we have an intimate dining atmosphere it can also be used for private parties or business meetings. Our upper front and side covered deck has unrivalled views over the downtown area, this follows around the back and our three level deck with starlight views.
