It was ok. Really long wait to get my food. I saw iit walk by and make a trip to the patio, then back to the kitchen, then forgotten. By the time I got it (after other tables had said: that’s not mine) it was cold. Cold French dip. Cold au jus. Cold mac and cheese. It would have tasted good if it had been served when it came up. The waitress was very pushed. She ran around trying to take care of customers but they were understaffed and it showed.
Okay, so I’m going to be doing something here that we call the compliment sandwich. The patio seating is nice. We waited for a LONG time for our food. Uh… Oh, the beer cheese dip was good. Our entrees (shrimp and grits) were inedible they were so bad. BAD…. Good location? I don’t know, I’ve got nothin’.
Wow. Worst service I’ve ever had and wish I could give it zero stars. It’s sad when the food takes so long, you almost forget what you ordered. The server never came to explain what was happening, we had to flag down another waitress to ask and she told us the kitchen was having problems. Well thanks for stating the obvious. When the food finally arrived, the waiter failed to explain the situation, forgot a salad and never followed up to check on us afterwards. We tried making eye contact with him for 5 minutes and finally had to go to the kitchen to ask for our ticket. We’ve been to this place before and loved it so we came tonight with family from out of town. We were treated so poorly and it was such a horrible experience, we will never be back.
