Everyone knows… It’s Chilis. I can’t help it; chain or not, I love the food! Liquor and beer are overpriced, but that’s any chain it seems. I love the rollouts every time they put something new on the menu. The cheesecake rocks! The chicken enchilada soup is my fave soup of all time. They have so much variety!
Service was fantastic/cooks sucked.. We went to Chilis, I never have been.. we were absolutely famished and I did not eat the day before.. my bf ordered steak, I ordered ribs.. His steak was rare and cold, and my bbq ribs like had no bbq, and they were plain tasting.. We complained initially to the waiter and nothing was done.. we will never eat here again.. if you want plain food that is way way overpriced for the quality, eat here.
We have been eating at Chili’s for the past 20 years. Today was the absolute worst experience we have ever had. We had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated when there were empty, dirty tables all over the restaurant. We sat there the entire time looking at dirty tables. We were there a total of 2 hours when we should have been done within an hour. Our waitress was horrible! She brought half of our food out at a time and my daughter’s mac n cheese was burnt! The food and service was terrible! I honestly do not think we will be going back ever again after today’s experience and would not recommend this reataurant to anyone.
Great service (thanks Bryan!). Granted, it was a Wednesday night, but still, everything came out very quickly. We got the crispy chicken crispers and the bacon ranch quesadilla and they were both good.
GREAT SERVICE!. My server Melissa made our dining experience amazing. She was friendly, personable, attentive and we loved that she was new to town. We will be back to see her.
Slow service, dirty silverware, no straws, cold food, no plates for appetizer, drinks not refilled, dirty restroom, no toilet paper in either stall. Called and asked to speak to manager, I was very respectful and friendly. Manager interrupted me, made excuses for poor experience. Very disappointing all around! Will not return.
