Went there on this pastFriday 5 pm and the service was awful. There was only one employee at the work station he was new so it was not his fault he could not fold a burrito he asked for help and no one wanted to help him. The filling came out from the tortilla and it got messythe guacamole, sour cream. The cashier came out to check us out and when she saw the mess she started to help proceeded to warm up a new tortilla a squeeze out like a cake pastry bag the filling of the burrito which looked gross with everything being blended. I said I don’t mind having a burrito bowl since you cant fold it. I thought she was going to make me a new one but no she again squeezed out the burrito like a pastry bag on to the bowl. I said please make me a new one. That does not look appetizing. Her attitude was awful she did refund me the burrito money becauseI asked for my money back.$25. Because they were doing this to both the burritos. Apparently the employees at this location think we don’t know how a chipotle burrito should look like. We do get out of Arkansas once in awhile and visit other chipotles.
