I just read the reviews on here and how could a restaurant turn a mom away on Mother’s Day with a coupon for a free meal?! Crazy! I guess I’ll spend my money some where else if that’s how they treat a mom. Wow.
It’s Mothers Day. I walk in with my infant baby and my husband to celebrate being a mom with my family. I have a coupon on my phone sent to me by Cicis for a free buffet for mothers on Mother’s Day. I go inside and am publicly turned down and told the coupon has to be printed! It says ON the coupon to present it. No where are the words to print it. So I’m publicly embarrassed and not given my Mother’s Day meal and we literally walk out. It was rude, embarrassing, and poor customer service!!! We will NEVER eat there again AND we WILL be writing as many reviews as we can online AND to the home office that a mother was turned away on Mother’s Day with a legal legitimate coupon. You should be ashamed Cicis!! It’s not that we couldn’t afford the extra buffet. It’s the principle. I hope everyone boycotts this place.
Love the take home dough. Our family and friends love that they sell their dough balls to take and bake at home. Turns out delicious every time!!! I would never eat at Cici’s. (I’m too much of a germ-a-phobe to eat at buffets) But they’ve won my favorable word of mouth for selling their crust for a completely reasonable price!
The new Hog Fest pizza is really good
My kids like it, I don’t.. The only thing I can say good about CiCi’s Pizza is that it’s cheap and there’s a variety. Their pizza tastes okay when it’s fresh out of the oven, but it sucks after 5 minutes under the buffet heat lamps. The only way you’ll get it fresh is if you luck into it or if you watch the line and beat the family with the starving kids and the 400 pounders to it.
CiCi’s is great if you’re feeding your 14 kids for under $15. Let them run wild!
