We think this is the best Mexican restaurant around. Recently we took a long vacation throughout the southwest, eating Mexican the whole way. We couldn’t wait to get home and go to El Sol for really good tasting Mexican fare. The family-run restaurant is clean and the wait staff is very friendly and attentive. I love the Enchiladas Mexicanas. The fajitas are very tasty and the proportions are large. I usually take home enough for lunch the next day. The music there for Cinco de Mayo was the winning touch for our welcome home dinner!
