Service isn’t great. I asked to get a channel changed it took nearly 30 minutes before someone attempted to change it. The waitress this time was Zima and the whole time she had an attitude. That was one trip. On another occasion it took nearly an hour just to get fries and a refill on water. I came here last night with my girlfriend and the place had literally 7 people in the restaurant. It took nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to check on us and take our order. After we finally ordered it took another 30 minutes to get our food. Once we made it home we realized that the food wasn’t what we ordered. I’m not blaming the waitress for not checking the food before it was brought out to us because we could’ve very well done the same thing but fact of the matter remains that it was wrong. Once we returned to fix the problem it took another 25-30 before that order was fixed. The food isn’t bad, it’s just that I don’t know where the blame should go.
