Will not be going back until the staff decides they would actually like repeat customers. To start off with the food is okay, not great, but not bad either and a little high for the quality/portion you receive. The main problem with this visit is that they will not let you make substitutions. I’m talking about noodles instead of rice. What they do say is that they can do a kids plate just of noodles.!What they don’t tell you it will cost around $7 for a half plate of simple noodles. When I got the bill and asked the waiter about the cost, he said that he told us the cost. Neither myself or my dinner companion could remember him telling me it would be that much. The waiter’s response, well I thought I did, that’s how much they are. So be forewarned, Formosa doesn’t seem to be in the mood for repeat business, they just want the here and now. Myself and my companion both decided after this meal, it will be a long time before either of us come back.
