Incredibly delicious food and great service. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. All of the sandwiches are brilliantly composed so that every ingredient plays well with others. The cocktails are expertly mixed. The waitstaff is witty and informative. The video game gives kids of every age something to do if they get bored with their dining companions or just want to prove theyve still got it. I am currently looking to relocate to Fayetteville just so that I can frequent this establishment more often.
First time to Hammontrees. This place is pretty highly recommended by locals. Located off Dickson St and surrounded by other local restaurants and bars. A very casual, open and fast paced restaurant will greet you. There is a nice choice of appetizers, soups and several different kind ms of grilled cheese sandwiches. I started with the tomato basil soup and it was the highlight of the lunch. A very thick and chunky soup filled with terrific flavor and seasoning. I then had the Scarlett Cheddar which had 3 different kinds of cheddar and ham. Lots of cheese and the ham was very good. The sandwich needed something, some seasoning or a dressing but was good. Service was very good. I would like to rate it 3.5 but dont have that option.

After walking around the district this little gem fits right in and excels. Great service from people having fun. Food is top notch & gourmet for what it is. Never will you find such art put into a sandwich! Everything is top notch and dont worry about stopping at the bank! Ever a college kid can afford to enjoy this on a regular basis. Looking around this is no secret to the locals. About whenever you drive by this place is busy. Will definitely come back!
