This is my fathers favorite place to eat! So naturally we go here often. Normally it’s almost all of my family and Logan’s never makes us feel bad for being such a large group (16-30). But this last time was my parents, my youngest son and me. Our waitress was wonderful, keeping our drinks full and making sure we were doing well. Our food came out in record time even though they were packed and it was very good. For the price it’s a pretty good deal and the waitstaff’s efforts makes it very good!
The food was mediocre and we had no idea who was waiting on us. We were seated and six different waiters stopped by our table. The food took quite a long time to be delivered to our table. It looked and tasted like frozen food placed on plate by inexperienced staff.
2 Bad Experiences in a Row. I have eaten at this Logan’s many times. Unfortunately, the last 2 times my wife and I were there we had to wait an inordinate amount of time for our food. The first time my baked potato was way overdone and my wife’s steak was so rare she couldn’t eat it. This past Sunday we stopped there for dinner. It wasn’t very busy but we had to wait for someone to seat us and then wait for our food and then wait for our check. We were more than ready to leave before it was all said and done. Our waitress kept doing other things and wouldn’t look our way. The manager came by and took our payment for us. We won’t be back.

Sometimes fairly good sometimes bad. The rolls are always the same though, gummy. Won’t be going there anymore.
Questionable Marketing. I can’t say much about the food here, except that I like it although it is a little over-priced. I’m adding this review to warn customers about Logan’s marketing. In short, Logan’s emailed me a coupon but the restaurant declined the coupon saying it was not legit. If we had ordered before offering the coupon to our server, I suspect it would still have been declined, and we would have been over-charged. It is confusing why a company would market to a customer like this, but the restaurant would not comply. I won’t say this was intentional, but Logan’s staff did not bother to verify the coupon or try to salvage the situation. We were embarrassed by the situation, and left without ordering. If you receive promotional correspondence from Logan’s, I suggest dismissing it.
Very Good. The moonshine margarita took a while to make, but it was really good. If I wasn’t driving home I would have had a few more. The filet was very good. It was very tender and the seasonings made it perfect. It also wasn’t very expensive in comparison to the other places in town that serve steak.
Sit down and stay awhile!. A chilled salad with my perfect sreak and moderately priced. The waitress was a treat! If you have not been to the Fayetteville location, do so soon. Better steak than Outback. No hurry and a friendly place.
