I placed my order online and picked it up. If I hadn’t been already across town, I would have gotten my money back. The crab rangoon was totally inedible. It was cooked until it was almost burnt and the filling was desiccated. The General Tsao was gummy and soggy. The walnut shrimp was almost edible but also very soggy. The best part of the black pepper chicken was the huge chunks of celery. The fried rice was hard and tasteless. I’ve had better food from those little boxes in the frozen section. The clerk was very nice and told me that if I filled out the survey on the back of my receipt, I’d get a free entree. No thanks, I’m not eating at this place again even if it’s free.
I’m sitting here at Panda at 10:47 am. They open at 10:30 and they only have five or six of their dishes ready??? They said I had to wait another 5 min for the dish I want. Poor time management. All dishes should be filled at this point. They’ve been open almost 20 min. So I’m wondering if I had gotten here at 10:30 if I would had to wait for 20-30 min? The one in Springdale and Roger’s are much better.
Don’t bother unless you like disappointment. Had the Orange chicken which was less orange and more acidic and burned going down. Also had the broccoli beef which I could take or leave. The fried rice was off as well. I’d take my business up the road to the other take out Chinese Option if I were you. Better food and not over priced fast food.
I really wanted to like this place. But before I even had a chance to taste the food, the owner started yelling at one of his workers. He was loud and obnoxious and very unprofessional. Strike 1The server behind the counter was helpful but it was obvious she hates her job here. I don’t blame her seeing as how the owner treats his staff. Strike 2!The food was ok. The rice was dry and I couldn’t finish it. The chicken was tasty but not different than anything I’ve ever tried elsewhere. I’ll say…3 out of 5 on the scale of bad to good as far as the food. Atmosphere is very fast food. It’s what they are aiming for so I can’t complain.
Bad Panda. I always loved panda express growing up in Dallas, and looked forward to this one opening for months only for it to disappoint from day 1. I have had this panda a couple times now and there is something that isn’t quite right every time. The first time I had it the orange chicken was really crunchy and had more of a burnt flavor than anything else. This time I got orange chicken, fried rice, and chow mein and the onions were super undercooked so they were really crunchy and tasted like I was biting into a fresh onion.I hope panda express sees these reviews and does something to fix this location. The only consistently positive thing about this location is the staff is always super friendly.
Horrible…VERY DISSAPOINTED. As another reviewer stated I too came from the west coast. I was so excited when I found out there was a Panda Express in Fayetteville. This location just doesn’t do the franchise justice. The low mein tasted hard like it had set for too long and I went around noon! It was just not good at all for $10. I will not be going back unless they make some serious changes.
I hate to say this, but in the past 10 years that I have lived in Fayetteville, this is the WORST Chinese food I have ever had. Far, far, far from gourmet!
