Rolando’s has quickly become a favorite for me! The homemade red sangria, colorful presentation and extremely tasty food are just a few reasons I keep coming back! Also, don’t forget the homemade Caribbean Rum Cake! And ask for Michelle! She’s a fantastic waitress!
My wife and I do a day trip to Ft Smith often for Rolando’s. Fayetteville is every bit as good, both food and service. Not Tex Mex, for sure. Original flavors. I’m not a vegetarian but there are lots of choices w or w/o meat. Have never had bad food at either location.
If you have not tried Rolando’s then cancel your other reservations and come here tonight! Jose’s quesidillas are delicious and the service is top notch. Staff is knowledgable about the menu and will not steer you wrong.
One of the best restaurants in Fayetteville. Rolandos is one of the best restaurants in town. Friendly and attentive service, fantastic drinks, and amazing, beautifully plated food. Don’t come in expecting tex-mex, this is unique and delicious in its own right.
Fantastic! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
