This place is wonderful. Great pizza, Fayetteville peeps and great service. If u are ever not happy they will make it right. That person that said they messed up the ticket: Call and let them know. Good old place that’s part of a great town! If you want faster service call Papa Johns or buy a d’giorno at Walmart. That’s not what this place is about. Worth it.
Watch your bank account!!!!!! I’ve been going here for years simply because it’s close to work. I picked up a couple of pizzas to go here last week and noticed my bank account was charged twice. Once on the day of the pick up, and then a tip was added a few days later making it an even dollar amount. Even though it was just a few dollars I called management to let them know they may have an employee (or manager?) adding tips to receipts after the fact. The response was we’ll pay you back the money, we have very good people working here so I’m sure it was an accident, then they reiterated ‘it’s just a few dollars’. That’s some accident! I can’t think of any way an accident like that happens, so I suspect the manager was the one that charged the tip for herself, in the very least I didn’t get an apology or a ‘we’ll get to the bottom of it’. There’s too many pizza places in town to risk having money skimmed off the top of your bill. Go somewhere else.
The pizza at this place is incredible. You might have to wait to get it a little bit if they’re busy, because they only have a couple of ovens, and pizza takes time to cook. The service is great; all friendly people. There’s two sides, one called Tiny Tim’s, and the other called West Mountain Brewery. The only difference in the sides is the atmosphere (you can get pizza and drinks on both sides), where Tiny’s is more family-friendly, and the Brewery is more like a pub/sports bar. As for the home-made beer, incredible. The IPA, the brown, the blonde, and the coffee stout are all great choices. I frequent this place very often.
We had to wait 45 minutes for our food when all four people in my party ordered sandwiches, not even pizza. It was a Friday lunch meal and the restaurant was barley half full. The food was not impressive. Everyone in my party agree, we will never eat here again.
Love It!. Coming from the river valley, there are MANY places to go locally and eat pizza, especially buffet. NWA has a few local pizza spots; however I can only think of one that offers a buffet. As a lover of pizza, I have eaten here plenty of times and the quality has always been great. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and always recommend it over any other pizza spot in the Fayetteville Square area!
Skip it. Terrible pizza, slow service. I’ve been here quite a few times (not by choice) and it is always terrible, doesn’t matter what time of day. Most of the time the pizza is burned and crust tastes like cardboard. Go a couple blocks down to Damgoode Pies, much better service and pizza.
I have always had great service. The pizza is always good. My family loves going there.
