Amazing cuisine, gorgeous atmosphere and a great wait staff. I love the daily specials and the fresh fish that gets flown in. Best fine dining in Fort Smith.
In my mind 21 WEST is the place to go for a fancy date or nice business dinner. Service is always good, and drinks are spot on. You can’t miss with any of the specials, and the menu changes often enough that there is always something different to try.
Chicken Basil. Food was good, but not worth $20-30 a plate. It took at least 25 mins to get my entree but servers were very attentive and knowledgable of the menu. I don’t recommend unless you like the calm/jazzy vibe and are very patient to get your food. The chicken was crispy, meaty, and juicy but after about 10 mins eating, got dry real fast. In my opinion, vegetables were in need of seasoning. I enjoyed the cheesy rice it was under and the complementary bread/butter. Overall, give this a 60%
The price point is completely off. The cheapest entree is $19 and it was a pasta dish without meat. Our waiter lingered around the table all night trying to make small talk which made our young all girls group quite uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very nice. Had dinner here last night. Food was excellent, service was great, music was very enjoyable! But…the tables are way too close together, making it difficult to have a private conversation. Hire an expert and redesign your seating arrangement so we don’t have to sit 1 foot from another table. Yes, we were 1 foot from other tables on both sides and could hear every word of their conversations.
Fantastic. I have eaten here several times since moving to Fort Smith and don’t have a single criticism. Great drinks, amazing food and top-notch service. Worth every penny.
