I’ve eaten at Cheddar’s probably 5 or 6 times which is more times then I should’ve but I was hoping it was just a bad night for them. My food on every occasion was terrible and the service was just as bad. If this restaurant wasn’t a chain then it would already be out of business. I will never eat at a Cheddar’s in any city, don’t waste your time.
Very bad service. Me and my family eat at Cheddar’s alot, we usually really enjoy it however tonite the service was awful.. Our server Destiny took forever greeting us and getting our drinks and got our food wrong and had to remake most of it I was very disappointed!! I don’t know if we will return again or not.
We go there every week with friends there’s usually have 8 to 10 people and spend anywhere. From 130.00 to 140.00 in the last month we have had horrible service and they we out of alot of stuff. One week was horrible service and no carrots no steak sauce never got the salad at all that we paid 1.99 extra the n the next week bad service out of stuff again and food order no right 3rd week bad service can’t get orders right same oh same oh tonight the computers wee down the waiter said so we set there waiting on our cokes and teas for 35 mins never got our croissants we ordered and hamburger. Was not cooked all the way threw it Jude to be so good there it just seems its went down hill they must have had change in management
Not Just a Mall Restaurant. Even though it was very busy on a Saturday early evening, the servers were very efficient and cheerful. The sandwiches are very reasonably priced with lots of good choices. The Monte Christo was cooked just right and the soy beans were a nice change from the usual fries.
Salmon was very tasty. Portions were large. Price was reasonable. Service was good. A Very good experience, I WILL come back.
Loved it. Salmon was very reasonably priced and tasty. I didn’t care for the broccoli casserole. Was a bunch of rice and Velveeta – like glue. Will definitely go back again though.
