My husband ordered a cake for our church’s 1 year anniversary. He genuinely excited about using this company since he has hear such good things about their cakes. The cakes weren’t what was ordered and when he tried to explain that to the employee he was interrupted and belittled in front of everyone. He then was told he could speak to the owner on the phone. Once on the phone with the owner he again was insulted, belittled, and harassed on the phone by the owner herself. Why?? All bc they made the cakes incorrectly. My husband is a kind and loving man who left that store shaking and in tears. They went out of their way to hurt him. I’m absolutely disgusted by the behavior of everyone in this business. I hope this review helps people think twice before they ever use this business.
