Great service, friendly staff, yummy food!!. I’ve been a regular here since the restauraunt opened and have only had one experience with bad service and that waitress does not even work there anymore. I come here on a weekly basis either dining in or take out and am always satisfied with service and the food. I’m surprised so many people complain about the service? Maybe it’s because I don’t normally frequent any restauraunt during rush hours, but I don’t expect great service at any restauraunt at those times. We live about 5 min away from the 271 location and never have to wait more than 15 min for carryout. And when we dine in, I rarely finish my appetizer before our meals arrive! My favorite meals are the vermicelli and pho, and the spring rolls are probably the best from any other veitnamese restauraunt in the area!
Beautiful restaurant and great atmosphere. I’m a regular customer here and I love it everytime I come. It’s beautiful and the servers are very accommodating and polite. I’ve seen reviews where they said the service is bad but I’m a regular and I recognize servers and I also see new servers. I assume the bad service is blamed on the new servers but I say give them time and they will be just as good as the ones from the old. Aside from the service the food is very good. The price is definitely worth the quality of food and the portions that you receive. I will be a repeat customer until the day I die or until the restaurant closes.

Horrible Service!!. The last two times my family and I have gone we were told where to sit and then sat for over ten minutes without anyone helping us. The wait staff that was working seemed to be overwhelmed with the few tables they were helping. They wouldn’t acknowledge that we were even there. We got up and left both times since it was obvious that we were a burden. The food is good but you’re better off taking it to go so that you don’t have to worry about refils. If you call in a to go order you need to wait 45 minutes before you pick it up even though they tell you 10 to 15. They must have raised the prices so high to pay for the new location on Grand. They must have taken what half descent wait staff they had there too. If you want good Asian food in Fort Smith that’s not overpriced, go to Diamond Head #2 on Midland or Pho King on Waldron.

Delish!. Only restaurant in Ft Smith that I can eat at and feel good about what I’m eating and feeding my kids (healthy choices) and say it was absolutely delicious. Love this place! Needless to say I’m a regular.
