Ordered delivery, the shrimp eggrolls were fantastic, the general tsos chicken was terrible. Person on the phone was very rude, delivery person was very nice. I give this place a zero. Hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. They couldn’t even get the soup right. When we called to complain about the food they were so rude. This place should be shut down. Terrible food. Terrible customer service.
Overly battered. I’ve gone here before and didn’t get dishes that came with battered meat. Last night I got walnut shrimp and sesame chicken.The sauce is good, but the meat is just overly battered, all I ate was just the breading. I would go back if I’m in the area but would skip out on dishes such as sesame chicken, walnut shrimp, and the likes.
Awful Service.. Not happy with the service. Just got off of the phone with them. Called to tell them that I had gotten some food that that I didn’t order and he told me that I told him the wrong thing. I ordered the sizzling seafood on hot platter. He continued to tell me that I ordered the sizzling beef on hot platter and that I was wrong for telling him the wrong order. I read my order from their menu they that send out in the mail. If I did want the sizzling beef I would have read to him that I wanted the sizzling steak on hot platter, which is what it is named on the menu.
Awesome!! You won’t regret it.. These people work hard to get you the food you need. They are the only delivery option besides pizza and much better IMO. Service on the phone can be a little choppy at times due to partial language barrier…but pay that no mind. They WILL get your order right and deliver your food to your door steaming hot and delicious. If this place can’t make you happy and full then you need to get over yourself and realize you have a bigger problem with your life and you are projecting your problems.Every place makes a mistake every now and then—but not this place in our experience. Have eaten there maybe 5 times and got delivery 3 or 4 times over the last year or so and every time has been great. Beat those odds.
