I have eaten here a handful of times and have not been impressed at all…between slow service and cold food, it is highly unlikely that I will be back.
This was the worst dining experience I have ever had! We were there over an hour before receiving our meal. When we did get it, it was not what we ordered and was way over done. The waitresses were nice but the wait time to receive a refill, bread, meal, check, anything at all, was ridiculous! We will NEVER be back!
Great steaks and great service. My wife and I have eaten here several times and have always had a great experience. We always eat at the bar. I don’t know if that matters but no complaints. They have our order right everytime so that a plus. Great service at the bar.

6 visits over the last 6 months. My favorite national chain restaurant in the river valley. My wife and I split a Wild West Shrimp appetizer…Awesome!! We usually order an extra house salad and split an entree (most likely the porterhouse steak). Sometimes we order something as simple as a burger and fries. I read some of the reviews posted on this site out of curiosity and felt the need to post mine. We have ALWAYS, EVERY TIME, gotten excellent service. The manager has visited our table at some point during the meal, to make sure everything was in order, on most of those visits. This is a very well managed restaurant with excellent food and service. I spent 30 years in the restaurant business and I’m not easily impressed. I also understand that no organization is perfect and some diners will have less than perfect esperiences. I also know that a much larger percentage of people with bad experiences will take the time to post a review than those with positive experiences. I am not associated with this restaurant in any manner other than being a very satisfied customer that will continue to go back time and time again.
Expensive for what u get. If u are in the mood for a good steak just go to doe’s downtown. You might pay a little more but it’s better than longhorn any day. However, the inside is nicely decorated.
Bad. For the money you pay, steaks are terrible
