There must be a reason Michael’s Mansion in Fort Smith won’t let you rate them on their Facebook page, probably because they handle their business in a less than honest fashion. We scheduled a wedding there and put down the deposit that they requested and in less than two weeks we had to call the event off due to personal things that had come up with the couple. The owners would not give us any refund at all. I’m feeling pretty confident that this is the way they handle all their affairs. I would not do business with them or use this venue for any event. If this is the way they treat the locals maybe they should have stayed in Northwest Arkansas.**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE**
Great Food, Wonderful Atmosphere!. I absolutely love the food that Chef Michael prepares!! The private dinner is wonderful and very convenient for those who make reservations. We will be regular customers when we visit Fort Smith in the future and recommend it to everyone!
Baby shower. I had my baby shower at Michaels Mansion. Everything looked so beautiful. The staff was polite and courteous. The food was delicious and beautifully decorated. The fruit was carved and impressive. Everyone enjoyed the Christian atmosphere and I would recommend this venue to everyone!!
Best breakfast in town. Wife and I stayed in the b&b and had a great night on the town. After a very relaxing night we woke up to the smell of breakfast. Chef Michael prepared us a personalized breakfast that was one of the best in my life! Along with breakfast, the atmosphere and service, Michael’s Mansion is now on our yearly list for our aniversary stay. found out (too late) that we could have had an intimate dinner for 2, which we will next year!Mr & Mrs J
Baby Shower. Michael’s Mansion hosted a baby shower for my daughter. The staff was very attentive, the food was awesome and the mansion was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend Michael’s Mansion to anyone seeking a venue for an event in the Fort Smith or surrounding area. I will consider them for my future events. The mansion is beautiful! Horrible!. The service is ridiculous, the owners need a lesson on customer service. The food was so, so…not worth the intolerable staff. The venue is beautiful, but after seeing all the crap my niece had to endure in her wedding…I don’t recommend eating, dinning, or anything here!
Unsatisfied. I hosted a breakfast brunch for work and was not satisfied. I would not go back. Location and venue was amazing but very deceiving, once you have to deal with their staff members.
