I’m pretty serious about barbecue and this place is solid — not stellar, but solid. Their sauce is very good. The pulled pork is good. The sausage is among the best I’ve had. The ribs are well above average. In short, so far, this is my favorite barbecue in Fort Smith.
Great BBQ! Don’t be fooled by the fact the place is in a strip center. Make sure to get the chocolate pecan pie. The sauce has such good flavor.
I had the pulled pork sandwich and The meat was pretty mushy. The bun had to have been the Walmart generic brand because it was really small. It wasn’t memorable and I was very disappointed seeing how much people rave about it. The BBQ Sauce is the best part if this place.
Absolutely the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. No flavor, no smoke taste nothing. Complete waste of money.
Pulled Pork. Best pulled pork sandwich in Fort Smith. I can not attest to the quality of the other meat options because I always get the pulled pork sandwich. If you go at lunch you can get a HUUUUGE sandwich and one side for about $7. I know a sandwich and one side doesn’t sound like much, but they load the sandwiches up so much that it’s almost required to use a fork to eat it. And as a side I get the cheesy potatoes *super yum*. If you haven’t tried Pink Flamingo – do it!
Fantastic food! My husband and I stopped in for dinner. We had the ribs and brisket with potato salad. Beans. And Apple cobbler. Everything was perfect. Service was friendly This is a must stop place
