Pretty darn good bbq. Its kind of cafeteria style. Wish they had table service. They have a lot of sauces and they are all good. I dont understand the side of sausages with bbq sauce, but my boyfriend likes it so whatever.
After moving away from Fort Smith, I find myself craving Ralph’s Pink Flamingo frequently. The food is absolutely excellent and the service is incredibly welcoming. I usually order between the rib, pulled pork, or brisket dinners. They have always been consistently great. The sides of choice, and what might be the main inspiration to continuously return to this fine establishment, are the Mac-n-cheese and the apple cobbler. They are something else and always hit the spot. I highly recommend Ralph’s for any out-of-towners or for anyone looking for some delicious barbecue.
