This past weekend I went to Red Lobster with a party of 8, including three kids under the age of 7 who are fairly picky eaters. They wanted to order cheese quesadillas, but I told them of course that it wasn’t an option on the menu. Our waitress overheard this and said not to worry, that she would make sure the chefs made quesadillas for us at no extra charge over a regular kid’s meal! All of our food was wonderful, and we received extremely friendly and prompt service throughout the meal. Anita was the best waitress I can ever remember having. At the end of our meal, she made sure that an automatic gratuity was not added to our checks, so we were free to give her whatever we wanted. (Which was a really good tip, anyway! 🙂 ) Did I mention that our waitress loaded us up with complementary cheese biscuits to go? 🙂 Carrying 3 kids out to the car can be crazy, and I forgot my to-go box at the table. Anita ran outside to hand it to me at my car. I will definitely be back!
Great Place. I love Red Lobster. Always has great food. Staff is extremely friendly. Great value for the money.
The past two times I’ve been to this Red Lobster, I’ve waited over 30 minutes before getting drinks or bread. Then waited another 30-45 minutes to get food which is sometimes almost right, sometimes not. The service has been sub-par (I’m being generous here…), with the server not checking back for long periods of time. Waiting for your check and/or a to-go box is another 10-15. Don’t go if you have set plans after, you may leave your plans waiting.
Two thumbs up!. The service is always great, and the wait staff is amazing- always scanning the room to check on customers. Christine is the BEST!! I think that people who like in a land-locked state should know better than to expect their seafood to look like it does on television. Hello? You live in ARKANSAS!! You want King Crab legs the size of your arm? Go to Alaska. You want fresh fish? Go to a coastal state that will have it and quit complaining.
Best service. Good atmosphere, good service for a chain restaurant. I appreciate the way the waitstaff is always panning the room to see if a customer has a need.
Expensive for anorexic crab legs. They should’ve thrown them back in the ocean and allowed them to grow up to be crabs worth eating. I could’ve used the leg as a toothpick. Go to Catfish Cove on a Tuesday and for the same amount of money, they will bring you buckets of crab legs until you have to be rolled out of the restaurant!
