First off, this app has the wrong location for Rolandos as they have recently moved, they are on A Street. I was visiting Fort Smith and got quite a good walk in looking for this. A really cool, nicely decorated old downtown building with 2 stories for restaurant and bar. We started with shrimp quesadillas for appetizer and they were excellent. I then had the Chicken Chuchaqui and it was and excellent dish. The chicken was season well and the black beans were the best I have had. A huge dish that is good for 2 meals. I then had the Rolandos Bananas and this was enough for 4 people and again was excellent. The cocktails were terrific and service was very good. Fort Smith is lucky to have Rolandos downtown.
Definitely one of the BEST restaurants in Fort Smith (hell maybe even in all of Arkansas). It’s truly gourmet Latin food, I tried both the Camarones Bohemios and Quesadillas de Chivo, both of which I would order again.
