NOT VENTI were in the US so its a Freaking LARGE Hazelnut Raspberry Latte. 5 pumps both flavor and i was good to go, Try it cold also and it tastes like frutti pebbles… 🙂
It’s Starbucks… You can always count on a solid cup of coffee, good service, and a nice selection of average pastries and such. There is better coffee in town, but the corporate standardization here helps to guarantee predictability. They do a good job keeping the store clean and presentable. The recent remodel was a nice improvement.
This place needs a management adjustment. I came in at 7AM, the floor was dirty with food crumbs and not surprisingly there were flies all over the place. Some of tables had no chairs. I ordered my coffee and waited at the corner where you pick it up. In the space between the drive up window and the coffee machine a woman was wiping down two talk trash cans with a rag. Then she stopped, put the rag next to the offer machine and,without washing her hands, proceeded to make a coffee. Then she went back to cleaning the trash cans and then repeated the same routine to make my coffee. The coffee and the pumpkin bread were fine, but the overall atmosphere of the place seemed far below normal standards for Starbucks. I have to assume management is not tuned in to what’s happening.
Strike 3!! Screwed up orders, out of products, poor customer service, take your pick!! I’m done!
Poor customer service. I have tried the Starbucks a few times now. Every time I order something for breakfast they are always out, no matter the time I order. How can that always be the case? Yesterday at 7:00 I ordered their featured sandwich, drove to the window, and was handed a different sandwich. When I corrected the server, the two girls inside the window blamed one another for the mistake..never made eye contact with me, no apologies, but rather continued a conversation of gossip of who was partying last night with whom, still never even acknowledging my presence. A young man let me know what I ordered was more expensive than what they handed me and then proceeded to tell me they were, of course, out of what I ordered. The service is always terrible. It seems management is more interested in hiring a crew that looks like Abecrombie and Fitch models rather than mature customer service experts. They would make so much more profit if people actually received personal service. No wonder Sweet Bay and Panera are always packed and Starbucks isn’t. I could do so much with that store if I were manager. It could be so much more than an expensive, although tasty, cup of coffee.
I appreciate the barista making me a Blonde Roast when none was brewed. Actually had a Starbucks outside Dallas say they couldn’t after noon. Fast, clean and decent coffee.
