Great Service. We stopped in after being in Hot Springs most of the day Ashley S was our server she was AWESOME if every server was like her this would be a perfect place to eat the food is always great my wife had the new Honey Pepper mac and cheese she loved it and thats impressive since she normally does not like black pepper i tried a couple bites and its awesome and i don’t like mac and cheese I had the hand breaded fish and chips this was also great i have had this before it is always yummy and the Amber Bock on draft hit the spot and really cold so all in all a great time and if you go to Applebee’s ask for Ashley S she is THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!14 Jul, 2013Horrible Service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We drove 30 min just to eat here……First thing we had to deal with was the hostess was to busy talking to the servers to seat us then once we got seated we had to wait even longer because our server Samantha C was not worth a flip she did not explain the take two menu to us she just kept saying we have the 2 for $20 menu is that what your having even when we tried to order she kept pushing the 2 for $20 GRRRRR….then she took for ever to bring us our drinks and she was not busy !!!!!! she just kept going back to the bar to goof off we had to ask other servers to bring us what we needed my wife asked if she could substitute the slaw for something different since she does not like slaw or server says no we don’t do substitutes ( insert snotty attitude ) she says its not much you can just set it aside …REALLY !!!!when it came time to pay this also took for ever but on the upside the food was really good my advice is to ask who your server is before you are seated if its this same woman ask for someone different or go else where ………………
Being from out of town we look at the reviews online and Decide to take our chance. The restaurant was very busy. We sat at the bar. We were greeted by a young woman. My wife order a cosmo. She said it was the best she ever had. The bartender recommend a couple of her favorite dishes. I could see why now they were delicious. the service was great. She was very busy but we felt like her only guest. Will be back next trip to hot springs
Better than expected. Apparently i can only speak for my family, but when we went the food was great and the food was awesome .
Average on top of average. The new menu is not to me liking, but maybe to others. I tried the lemon shrimp fettucine. It seems the cirtus covers the taste of the garlic until after you leave the restuarant, then the garlic sauce is very, very prevalant. Average food, not great, not bad. Average service, average prices. No reason for me to go back. The wife says the same, ok, but nothing special.
The cook needs to learn how to cook the correct temperatures of meat. ordered medium burger and steak and try came back well done. service was slow. worst Applebee’s I’ve been to.
Staff friendly, food ok, bathrooms nasty!
