Food is OK, but the service sucks. I’ve been there probably 5 times and the service is slow. Save yourself the trouble, don’t go!
Another disappointing experience, I won’t be back. Ordered wings and wedges to pick-up for the kids after practice. We arrive 20 minutes after ordering to find our order never got entered into the computer. I did get an I’m sorry, but no offer to comp my wedges, a drink while I waited another 15 minutes for overpriced wings or anything. They have a lot to learn about customer service.
Last Saturday me an my family came in. It was awful around 6 the bathrooms were disgusting and the host with straight long was standing there talking to other people.she didnt help us a server came and sat us. We will not be back
Good!. Service was excellent food was good. Much better than the BWW we have at home!
Food outstanding …. but. Food is uniformly great. Service is generally atrocious. Lots of waiters and waitresses needing supervision.
Uh it’s a BWW. So it’s just like every other one you’ve ever been to. Mediocre food and service. It’s not a bar and not a restaurant. If you like average wings and take it to go then you could possibly enjoy BWW.
Terrible service. With Buffalo Wild Wings, you know what you’re getting. Decent food – the wings/strips are the best option – in a sports-bar atmosphere with plenty of beers to choose from. In this respect, the Hot Springs BW3 was no better or worse than any other one I’ve gone to around the country. But the service was slow as molasses when we went, and several of the TVs were out of service, which is unacceptable when you are there during a big sporting event. You can do better.
