We are in town from Texas and wanted seafood we pulled into the parking lot questioning the location. We decided to sit outside on the patio and the food blew us away. I believe we will be eating here before we go home this trip.

Bad experience (1st time). We own a house on Lake Hamilton so we are in Hot Springs several times a year. Cajun Broilers has always been one of our favorite places to eat. Tonight we arrived and I was pleased to see they had all you can eat Crawfish. They only serve this certain times in the year, I’ve had it before. Tonight the Crawfish was small and over cooked. I told the waitress and the next try was just as bad. The meat was sticking to the shell. I continued eating but it was taking a long time to peel the meat off the shell. I asked the waitresses if they had a new cook, she said no and we tried a 3rd tray. The same result, I explained that the meat was good, the spicing was excellent but my fingers were bleeding from peeling the Crawfish like a shrimp. I finally gave up and just decided I would go home and eat the left overs from my wife and daughters plate. I pay the bill, go wash my hands and come back to the table and the bus boy has thrown away our left overs. Do bus boys not know that styrofoam to go boxes on the table are not trash. The bus boy just tells me he has had a bad night. At least he made money, I just lost $100. Not sure if I’ll ever go back, very poor management.

DELISH!. I just tried Cajun Boilers for the first time. WOW! Fried gator was soo good, fried crawfish tails were unbeatable, and the fried oysters were great! Service could have been faster, but I can’t complain- it was lunch on a Monday.. Who wants to work lunch on Mondays? ha Great food. Can’t wait to go back!!

Il went there alone to relax and enjoy some good seafood. They must have sat me at the invisible table. I was there over 5 minutes with wait staff passing by but the never acknowledged my presence. I use to recommend them to friends and out of towners, but never again. I will go back, but I will make it clear up front that I deserve to be treated well.

I really used to enjoy this place but I’m continually disappointed every time I visit. Dinner service sucks. Yhe waitresses stood around in a huddle talking loudly about disgusting things such as bodily functions & childbirth!! Not exactly dinner conversation! I lost my appitiete and it’s a good thing because we never received our salads and our drinks stayed empty. The boiled shrimp was so overdone that half the meat came off with the shell!! Lunch on the other hand is opposite. Friendly attentive staff and food is prepared correctly. Bathrooms could really use some updating! Tiny & Gross pretty much sums them up

Great, friendly service. Boiled shrimp was good however the blue crab claws and steak were average. Priced adequately.
