  Went again to the central avenue chilis,. After a long day expecting a decent meal after all we went because of the limited quality resturaunt in hot springs.,, what I received was the worst food ,… Steak well done/ burned ( supposed to be med rare) then all the sides were wrong,.. Thought I would take what I would normally like home ,,… The southwest egg rolls .,, what I received were shriveled up over cooked pathetic three semi rolled yuk… Terrible sent it back had that taken off !,. Would never recommend this chilisYour better off at Taco Bell saving serious cash . And seriously the food looks better at taco hell conpared to thuS chilis

  Great food bad service. 10/15/2013…After being out of town for a few days on business i returned on Sunday night we where both hungry so we decided on Chili’s they where not busy at all we sat in the bar area which usually has great service but not this time the service was slower than on a really busy Friday night we had to ask a different server for drinks and for my beer i ordered this was sad considering a total of 4 couples where in the bar the employees’s were playing around yelling in the kitchen it was like we where in a high school lunch room and it was only 8:30 P.M. we were never offered to go drinks and never asked if we wanted dessert just brought the check to us the food was GREAT i had the Honey Chipolata chicken crispers this came with fries and an ear of corn every thing on my plate was AWESOME i wish i had some now !!!! My wife had the Cajun Chicken Pasta this was GREAT….!!!!!!

  Decent chain.. Chili’s is one of those places you go to when you’re out of ideas for something local. The food is OK and the portions are large. I’ve eaten here several times and always had decent service and decent food. It’s a large chain so food is what you would expect. Nothing exciting, but nothing horrible either. Overall, I like Chili’s, I just try and choose local over chain.

  Had a horrible waitress she was nice but not good… Someone else had to help her or may i say do everything… Wnt be back for a while!!!

  Good Chili’s food… bad service. I love Chili’s! Unfortunately, I’ve never had good service at this particular restaurant.

  A good, fun place.. I’ve had some bad experiences here, but the manager always tries to make it right. But keeping in mind that it is what it is – a fun, upbeat chain restaurant – it’s good. My boyfriend and I actually go pretty often. My favorites are the southwestern eggrolls (definitely try them!), dry rub ribs, and strawberry lemonade. The biggest flaw here is that they can’t seem to figure out how to place orders for appetizers – they often come immediately before the entree or occasionally after.

  Not bad. My very first experience at Chili’s was very bad. I vowed never to return.Two years later, I’m with a group that ends up at Chili’s. This time was much better, and I’m happy I gave it another try. Skip the queso: it reminds me of the nacho cheese sauce you buy in bulk with Wolf-Brand mixed in.The ribs were better than I had remembered; the sauce was a new on the menu (I can’t remember the name of it) and was quite tasty. I was slightly disappointed with the desert-shooter trio, but was still okay.The price-to-portion ratio was not bad. Overall, I’m glad I was snookered into trying it again; I would probably come back, but would make different menu choices.
